Four good reasons to write
Help with KnowWhere
Something not working? The support page covers the microphone, reminders, talking without opening the app, deleting your data and more. If it does not solve it, email us with your phone model, your Android version and what happened.
support@aatox.comReport a wrong reply
KnowWhere’s replies come from an AI and can be wrong. In the app, tap “Report this reply” under a reply, or use Settings, About, “Report a problem”. Both open your email app with the message ready; nothing is sent unless you send it. You can also write to us directly with what you said and what it replied.
support@aatox.comYour data
Questions or requests about your data go to the same inbox. The privacy policy explains what stays on your phone and what is sent when smart voice is on. We cannot see your list, so we cannot read it, change it or restore it for you; everything about it is done inside the app.

Writing about KnowWhere, want to work with Aatox, or have an everyday problem you wish a calm little tool would fix? Tell us. We read everything, and we reply when there is something useful to say.
support@aatox.comBefore you write
- Tell us your phone model and Android version. Most KnowWhere questions depend on them.
- Say what you said and what KnowWhere replied. There is no account and no analytics, so we only know what you tell us.
- Never include passwords, PINs, card numbers or other secrets. We will not ask for them.
- A deleted list cannot be restored by us. Your list lives only on your phone. Use the export button in Settings before you switch phones.
